Phil Di Spirito
Phil Di Spirito was born in New Jersey but grew up in Orlando, Florida. Phil attended the University of Central Florida where he received his undergraduate degree in Political Science. Phil then attended the Florida State University College of Law where graduated with Cum Laude Honors and was a Certified Legal Intern in the Public Defender’s Office in Tallahassee. After graduation, Phil relocated to the Tampa Bay area and worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Pasco County, where he defended hundreds of cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. He then went on to practice Civil Litigation before returning to his calling in criminal law. Phil has a passion for defending individuals and ensuring justice for those facing criminal charges. When he is not in the courtroom, Phil enjoys being outdoors, watching college football and spending time with his family.
