Doctor's medical records.

As personal injury attorneys, we must let you know that in order to prove your injuries, you must seek medical treatment and a doctor must diagnose your injuries. Through treatment with a doctor, they will diagnose and determine the extent of your injuries. They will also determine whether or not you have a permanent impairment or need any future treatment.

A doctor will take document your medical history, conduct a physical examination based on subjective complaints as well as objective findings. The doctor will then come to a diagnosis.

If needed, a doctor may also order diagnostic studies, such as an MRI. There also may be sleep studies if there is a head injury.
